We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To request a refund or replacement, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after approval.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior authorization.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
PupSip reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
